villasis is a small town in eastern pangasinan.... it is located between urdaneta city and carmen, which is a barangay of rosales town... althrough villasis is a former barangay of malasiqui.... the main crops of the town are corn, tobacco, palay and vegetable....january 2006 villasis launched a festival called it talong fest.. the main reason why they promote this fest is to tell the whole country that villasis is one of largest producers eggplants... the event was successful. a lot of tourists came to join the celebration... they also set up a one-kilometer grill, from barangay puelay to pob zone 5..
