[edit] Is Villa Park completely surrounded by the City of Orange?

The article says VP is an enclave of the City of Orange. Is it really completely surrouned by Orange? That does not seem right to me. RonCram 14:07, 4 July 2007 (UTC)

Yes, it is completely surrounded by Orange. If the incorporation of Anaheim Hills passes, it will be surrounded by both Anaheim Hills and Orange. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.47.167.42 (talk) 04:41, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
