Viktor Tikhonov (Russian: Виктор Васильевич Тихонов; born May 12, 1988 in Moscow, U.S.S.R.) is a Russian professional ice hockey Centre, currently playing for Severstal Cherepovets of the Russian Super League.

He won a bronze medal in the 2008 IIHF World Junior Championships with the Russian squad, in a game versus Team USA. He finished the tournament with 5 goals and 2 assists in 7 games, and was named the Best Forward.

His grandfather is Viktor Vasilevich Tikhonov, the famous Russian ice hockey coach.

Viktor started his minor hockey career with the Santa Clara Blackhawks of the Northern California hockey league, "Norcal."
