Victor Ivanovich Ishaev (Russian: Виктор Иванович Ишаев) is the governor of Khabarovsk Krai in Russia. He is a Deputy of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. He was re-elected with an overwhelming majority in 2005.
