The article was already gone, and linked to it were various redirects, which all led to nothing (since the article was no longer in existence). The main article was tagged for deletion and is still visible on the AfD. Michael 18:58, 13 November 2006 (UTC)

Unless you've made some significant changes to your wiki, you will need Bureaucrat privileges to add accounts to the Sysops group. The page you are looking for can be found under Special pages > User rights management. Can't sleep, clown will eat me 05:13, 4 February 2007 (UTC)
