- Please provide a citation for the 2006 legislation.
- It was my understanding that views have always been a factor in determining the value of a property. What does it mean to say that certain towns have instituted such a thing only in 2003? -- Ken Gallager 14:14, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
I will admit that I am not extremely knowledgable on this subject, however I do know that the tax has been in certain counties since 2003, and that the legislature is proposing a statewide tax. I will look for citation. Sloverlord 23:41, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
