[edit] Image on page

Image (c) 1997; RWD PLOESSL & USAIHP This graphic is a scan from the author's personal collection; therfor, not a US decoration, nor public domain. This graphic can be viewed on the Foreign Medals pages of the United States Army Insignia Home Page site, http://webpages.charter.net/usaihp/formed3.html

But where did YOU get it from?

The webpage says: "Permission to use these images for commercial purposes must be obtained from The Institute of Heraldry, Resources and Programs Agency, The Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army; prior to their use." so I dont think the owner of the webpage can calim image ownership to pictures of the Vietnam Military Merit Medal.
