Video Flow is the title of a sixty-minute music video program block that airs on Canadian music television station MuchMusic. The program is similar to the MuchMusic Countdown, but it plays well-known recently released mainstream music videos at random and is usually hosted by a VJ. In addition, it may showcase music videos that are not currently on rotation, such as those by Canadian indie musicians, electronic DJs, and non-mainstream bands. Some videos may have labels, popular videos could get a Big One label, for example, Long Road to Ruin by Foo Fighters. If it's a hard-rock song, it'll get MuchLOUD Tested as a label, for you'd likely see it on MuchLOUD. Likewise, if it's a popular hip-hop/R&B song, it'll get a MuchVibe rated Label, because it would likely be seen on MuchVibe. There are other labels, such as Uncharted or Indie Spotlight. Uncharted could mean the song is unpopular, and the video looks odd, and Indie Spotlight could be a label for a song that's by an indie artist.
