in regards to the copyright infringement, I am NomIg. and I wrote the material on my site and used some of it for this article as well.

Okay, I came up with a way to prove that I own nomig.net - i have setup an email address to address this issue. It is wikicopyvio@nomig.net. If anyone wishes to discuss this with me, they can use that email address.
