[edit] Career

Victoria Rose began piano lessons at the age of three and had her first concert on that same year. A year later, she studied the piano with the Russian Niccolo Anatolova who taught her through the famed method of Suzuki[1] - a method sometimes considered to be dangerous by today's standards, however in interviews Rose stated that the method and path of learning that she took 'was valuable'.

A graduate of Queen Mary's and Westfield College, London, in English Literature, Victoria Rose then moved on to a Masters Degree in Art and Space at Kingston University. Although neither of the degrees she attained were in Music, she achieved a distinction for incorporating Music into the field of Science at KU.

In November 2006, she won the I.A Award for being the first musician to convert 10 musical compositions by the great composers Johann Sebastian Bach, Felix Mendelssohn, Sergei Rachmaninov, and Franz Liszt into Quantum diagrams. The exact method which she used is still unknown, however both, Scientists and Musicians recognised her workings. Rose then achieved her Masters Degree from KU with Distinction when she presented her Analysis on her final project in the OPU'S. When put in print, the theory sold 24,000 copies in the first week of its release.

In 2007, her Innovative Analysis workings were made into a second book called Bach to Ravel in Quanta which was noted for having a waiting list of 800 people before it hit the shelves in the UK.

In 2008 came the release of her third book Prince of the Violin - The Secret Life of Edvin Marton, on which she worked closely with the Emmy Award winning violinist Edvin Marton. It was made accessible to a wide audience as it was also translated into Russian, Romanian and Hungarian.

She graced the cover of Cutting Edge in January 2006 and in her interview with Peter Ryant when she was asked what title she would give herself, she replied; 'Interpreter'. She continued her success that same year with another book These Wings Are My Own, which is a semi-autobiography which documents the 'Maestro Triangle' she was born into. Noting her association with her uncle who is a highly decorated Maestro, and often referred to as the 'Robert Downey Jr' of the Classical Music Scene and another character called 'Cobalt'. Hertfordshire Life Magazine first described her as 'mysterious' simply because apart from her books, Victoria Rose rarely speaks about her private life in interviews. In 2008, another musician entered the scene and created more media interest in her life; Sosque Paganini, the great great grandson of the famed Violin Maestro Nicolo Paganini.

Much media attention in Italy and Austria has been paid to them both, simply because they are said to have a tempestuous and explosive association inside the Music arena. Sosque Paganini being described by theTitle Tribune; as a dark Marlon Brando and Victoria Rose being portrayed by them as a fiery leading lady who, out of many females, manages to 'tame him to an extent where he is remotely acceptable to society'. An interesting association which is followed by many papers, whether or not the two have been linked romantically is completely unknown however highly unlikely as they are polar opposites.

She has also been linked to the prominent Croatian Maestro Tonci Huljic, and book review agents predict that his biography will be written by Victoria Rose by the end of 2008.

Victoria Rose, according to fansites in the UK is due to play with Edvin Marton in New York in 2008 and at London Symphony Orchestra St Lukes in May 2008 with The Amadeus Orchestra.

[edit] Personal life

In 2006, audiences became intrigued by Victoria Rose after reading 'These Wings Are My Own' which is said to be a very honest account of life with composers. When asked in an interview at The Barbican Centre why she guarded her personal life so closely, she replied that she wanted her 'own fingerprint' and did not want to 'score points on the backs of other famed musicians who she was involved with'.

Known as the 'Starlet who is laden with the Musical genius and expressive devices of two, now aged Maestros, she is now, rightly or wrongly famed for disturbing the tradition of most modern pianists, who attended Universities to progress their skills and careers. 'These Wings Are My Own' notes that her uncle, who was the major musical influence in her life refused to let her attend any Music School or University, and instead she learnt from him and his high profile circle of friends who were also composers.

The Boulevard Times in April 2007 wrote that; 'her large and commanding repertoire must be due to the obsessive perfectionism of her uncle, a well known composer whose name remains out of bounds to the general public. Most Musical authorities are aware of her profound background and to whom she is linked, but understand that the young artist does not want to advertise her personal life.

Numerous articles have been published by press interests, such as Hertfordshire Life Magazine, regarding whether or not she is in a relationship presently or about her relationship with her uncle, however due to inconsistencies told by third persons claiming to know her personally, her private life remains a complete mystery to the public. She is also noted to presently be working with Sosque Paganini, the great grandson of Nicolo Paganini.
