Victoria Complex will be five star hotel with retail and office spaces in Bucharest. The building will have 18 floors and a surface of 44,000 m². At completion the 300 rooms five star hotel will be affiliated to the international chain Le Méridien which is part of Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide
