Viceroy (Miles Warbeck) is a fictional character in Marvel Comics' shared universe, the Marvel Universe.

He first appeared in X-Treme X-Men as a murder victim, one of several Sydney crime lords targeted for death by Sebastian Shaw and Lady Mastermind, who killed him by making him believe he was drowning.
The character is most notable for being the father of Heather and Davis Cameron (Lifeguard and Slipstream, both members of the X-Treme X-Men for a time), though neither was aware of this fact until after his death.
