My name is Víctor Torres Laca, I was born in Lima, Peru on March 12, 1980. I'm a historian graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú in 2002. Ideologically, I consider myself an agnostic and a libertarian. My work in Wikipedia is mainly on articles related to Peru.
