[edit] Maintaining NPOV

Removed part about the billboard; You could make a very large list about the things that students and alumni of the schools do to antagonize each other, many of them not so benign as a billboard on the Santa Monica Freeway. (Also, the statement was uncited.)

Keeping the article NPOV is a difficult task, particularly this week with the game looming. Part of the issue is the the contributors with the most knowledge of the rivalry have feelings for one side or the other.
