Why do you repeat information that is available from the Victorian Electoral Commission (VEC)?

I assume you mean the result tables? Anyway thats so readers of the article have a point of reference when reading the analysis and so they don't have to go to a library to view the election results. Election results 1996 and earlier are not viewable on the VEC website. For election where results are avilable on the web I also inculde them, just to make it easy for readers of the article.
