[edit] Not the Basis for Two Face

Two Face appeared in Batamn comics as early as 1942, over a decade before the Riesel attack, so Victor Riesel could not possibly be the inspiration for the comic book villian. I suppose it's possible the mob hoods were inspired by the comic...
