[edit] Spelling of surname?

Pierce or Peirce? This article has it both ways. -- Longhair | Talk 12:49, 22 October 2005 (UTC)

Only one way to find out! Agnte 12:52, 22 October 2005 (UTC)
Bah. [1] [2] its spelt differently everwhere. i suggest we should jusy chuck up a redirect and make a note of it in the article. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Agnte (talkcontribs)

ABC reporter Alison Caldwell spells it IE. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 203.12.97.104 (talk • contribs)

I suggest Pierce (and created the article as such :-). It just sounds right I guess.. Pi-erce, as opposed to Pe-irce. I'm sticking with the former. A redirect sounds like a good idea. - Longhair | Talk 16:06, 22 October 2005 (UTC)
The courts spell it Peirce. Peirce it is. -- Longhair | Talk 03:23, 30 October 2005 (UTC)
