[edit] wrong title

Hi. Viana Do Castelo is a wrong title. The word "Do" in portuguese means "of" and when in place names is always written with a lowercase "d". Pages should be merged. There's also the case of page "Viana do castello". No two "LL" appear in portuguese words. It's a case for speedy deletion based on wrong title but I don't know which rule applies.
