Veryfine is a juice beverage brand currently owned by Kraft Foods North America, a division of Kraft Foods Global, Inc.
On Tuesday October 2, 2007 Kraft Foods Inc. announced the sale of Veryfines Fruit2O water and juice brands to privately held Cincinnati-based Sunny Delight Beverages Co., even though http://www.veryfine.com/ says "Veryfine Products Inc Acquired BY Sunny Deslight Beverages Co. " (notice "Deslight") the sale has been completed, probably during the fourth quarter 2007. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
