I'd like to create a new article for Vermont's 1st congressional district. It would be an obsolete district occurring when Vermont had multiple districts. Since there were multiple representatives, technically it shouldn't be under this header since those reps were not elected statewide at-large. Thoughts?????.....Pmeleski 11:27, 26 September 2007 (UTC)
