Yes, that is weird indeed. Is this the same Stefan Jäger that is supposed to have done this painting? For a famous painting of his, it doesn't come up once when you search his name in Google Images. Also, the "no rights reserved" copyright tag seems a little fishy. Moonshiner 05:50, 31 July 2006 (UTC)
Jager probably depicts the Baragan Deportations of the '50s planned by the Romanian Communist party, with advice from the soviets, but carried out by Romanian armed forces (around 1000 soldiers). --Radufan 17:31, 21 August 2006 (UTC)
