Venn is a small hamlet 20 kilometres (12 miles) southeast of the town of Watrous in Saskatchewan, Canada. It had an elevator until about 5 years ago. In its heyday, it had restaurants, stores, bars and all the regular small town amenities, but it never had a reliable source of drinking water. In the 50's and 60's, its population declined until it almost disappeared. There are currently 13–14 residents now living there.[citation needed] It has community hall, which hosts popular dances and get-togethers throughout the year.
