Venika Kingsland

Venika Kingsland (née Popsy Mehra) is a chartered marketer and marketing director of a communications company. Public appointments include serving as member of Hampshire Police Authority[1], the National Probation Service Hampshire, Lord Chancellor Advisory Committee and Governor of Sparsholt College.
A regular contributor to popular media on food and cookery she has also authored and contributed to several books including Guide to Customs and Etiquette in India, Introduction to Hinduism, Complete Hatha Yoga, Hathapradipika (an original translation of Hatha Yoga Pradipika), Cultural Diversity Guide, and Stirring Traditions. She is a radio presenter and currently hosts the Exploring Justice Radio Show on Unity 101.
Kingsland is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures & Commerce, a Fellow of the The Chartered Institute of Marketing, a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Marketors and a Freeman of the City of London.
Kingsland was born and brought up in India and has lived in England since 1971, with periods spent living and working in the U.S., Europe and India.
