The airline was established in 2006, and is catering to needs of Vektra Corporation, as well as providing services of air charter. The company owns a hangar at Podgorica Airport sufficient to hold all aircraft currently in fleet. Bojan Brković, son of Dragan Brković, owner of Vektra Corporation, is serving as a company CEO.
