Vehip Pasha

Kaçı Vehip Pasha (1877 - 1940) was a high-ranking Ottoman military officer who fought in the Balkan Wars and in several theatres of World War I. In February 1916, he was appointed commander of the Second Army in the Eastern Front, succeeding Mahmud Kamil Pasha who had resigned.
He died 1940 and was buried at Karacaahmet Cemetery in Istanbul.
