The article says
- In 1955, the stadium was bought by new owners, who announced that they would tear it down; the Beavers moved to Multnomah Stadium in 1956. The stadium was razed that same year.
This suggest the new owners bought it to tear it down. Is that correct? Who were they? What new purpose was the land's use after the tear down? —EncMstr 21:13, 18 January 2008 (UTC)

- Maybe it could be worded more clearly. According to this link [1] which is part of one of the links already in the article, "As the last few games were played at the old ballpark, the new owners, M. J. and A. Victor Rosenfeld, announced that they would bulldoze the property and turn it into an industrial park." Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? 21:31, 18 January 2008 (UTC)
The name of the league that the Rosebuds were part of in 1946 was the West Coast Negro Baseball League, and the team was owned by Jesse Owens, the Olympic gold medalist. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.115.129.112 (talk) 01:54, 21 January 2008 (UTC)
