I believe not due to the incredible poor grasp of the english language by Artaxiad's sockpuppet user:Vonones and the proficiency of user:Bassenius

Here is how Vonones left the article:
The positions of Russia and Armenia in the majority of key international problems are coincide or close

The collaboration of Armenia in the size ODKB, according to the estimation of Armenian side, is the essential element of its national security
They are so poorly written they are indecipherable.
Furthermore, sometimes Vonones wouldn't really add any content he would simply add a huge quote that he liked to an article. As he did in this edit.
Another example would have been the article Armenian Women which Vonones created but was deleted probably becuase it was poorly written.

In Nagorno-Karabakh, Bassenius comes up with a well written opening statement that I like but didn't reach consensus. Noting Vonones writing proficiency above, it is unlikely that Vonones/Artaxiad could have written this.
This is supported further by Bassenius' talk space edits. [1][2]

Apparently the checkuser said it was likely. However based on their contributions I don't believe it to be the case. Firstly, Bassenius displays a higher level of english proficiency than Verjakette. Secondly, there was a post to a talk page I had made discussing the level of weight given to the legal status of Nagorno Karabakh in the article. Bassenius understood what I was talking about and posted a reply. Verjakette later on posted a reply where he seemed a bit confused about what I was talking about and blamed Golbez instead of me.
Let's say that I am wrong and that Verjakette and Bassenius are the same user. What have they done wrong? I don't see that the two users were being used together disruptively or to bypass 3RR. At most they were being used to agree with each other on a talk page and this does not deserve and indefinite block.
