Source of the image is http://www.slower.net/misc/sox/images/variteklittleleague.jpg. The author is the ABC broadcast of the Little League World Series in 1984. The image is being used is the Jason Varitek article to illustrate his participation as a youth baseball player in the Little League World Series. The image mets the fair use rationale because it is an image of an amateur baseball player participating in non-professional setting as a minor in an event produced by a not for profit organization, Little League Baseball.
