The Vanuatu Megapode or Vanuatu Scrubfowl (Megapodius layardi) is a species of bird in the Megapodiidae family. It is found only in Vanuatu. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
