Vanillerostbraten

Vanillerostbraten ("vanilla roast beef" in German) is an Austrian cutlet of beef dish with garlic. Ingredients: cutlet of beef, salt, pepper, garlic, butter, onions, and brown bouillon, cooked in Schmalz (Eng. "schmaltz") (chicken or goose fat[1]) and normally served with French Fries. [2] [3] [4]
