Vanessa Lynne Bryant

Vanessa Lynne Bryant (b. 1954, Queens, New York) is a Federal Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. She was nominated by George W. Bush on January 9, 2007, to a seat vacated by Dominic J. Squatrito and confirmed by the Senate on March 28, 2007, and received commission on April 2, 2007 and has served on the court to the present day. She earned a B.A. from Howard University in 1975 and a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1978.
