Van Arsdale France

Van Arsdale France is credited with establishing the process for training new employees in Disney-owned and other "theme parks" around the world. [1]

Originally, he headed the training department for Kaiser Motors and was recruited by Walt Disney during the planning stage for Disneyland prior to its 1955 opening.
