Description

Laotian General Vang Pao, early 1960s, somewhere in Indochina (probably Laos, possibly Thailand). I cropped this image from a scan of a book in which it appears. The book credits it to en:J. Vinton Lawrence, which would make it a work of a US government employee (CIA officer) while on the job.
