Vali Ionescu-Constantin (born August 31, 1960 in Turnu Magurele) is a retired long jumper from Romania. The European champion from 1982, she jumped 7.20 metres the same year to record a personal best. In 1984 Ionescu won a silver medal at the Olympic Games, behind countryfellow Anişoara Cuşmir.
