Valgeir Ragnarsson was born on august 14th 1983 in Reykjavík. He is the son of Ragnar Þorsteinsson (General Manager of Breiðholt Comunity Center) and Þóra Vignisdóttir (Office Director for the Icelandic institue of fisheries)
