Valarie D. Coleman is a strong, creative and productive leader, who contributes fresh insights and innovations in efforts toward community and ministerial development. Organizational Communication has led her being hands on with previous Urban Planning allows her to assist with several Community Affairs Coordinators. She acts as a spokesperson for different ministries and creates awareness of strategies for enhancement of service delivery to the public by means of ministry.

V.D. Coleman is instrumental in developing key corporate and community partnerships, while providing logistical management of our numerous community initiatives. Through her collaborative efforts, you can see that there is consistentancy, and the seed of positive growth and development of the diverse regions of ministries are in motion.

She has been gifted to be an adept organizer, conscientious planner and efficient project coordinator. Though her responsibilities as Pastoral Administrator to some are complex and numerous, her high level of organization accounts for the seamless coordination of the logistical details regarding a Ministerial demanding schedule. In addition to these responsibilities, V.D. Coleman is a prolific project manager who directs and coordinates special projects that assist in funding community and charitable initiatives on behalf of larger ministries.

Valarie is a focused and passionate creative thinker and the primary driving force behind our television broadcast. She holds degrees in Communications, Business Administration, and Criminal Justice and is working on another degree in Public Administration. Like the Apostolic mantle that rests in her family, she was and is a woman destined for order. Her exceptional skills, creativity and drive, help keep many ministries on the cutting-edge of the latest technological trend of advancements in Broadcast Communications.

V.D. Coleman ensures that ministry messages are visible and available to the public through the production and distribution of multi-media marketing resources. Getting the word of God out into the highways and hedges with proficiency and grace is done by any Godly means neccessary.

She is also comprehensively skilled professional who ensures the achievement of maximum expense control and productivity. She coordinates the day-to-day affairs of ministries, while developing policies and procedures for the systematic regulation of office activities. With technology she is able to gracefully collaborate with the Bishops, Pastors, and leaders to produce the flow of excellence. Below are some of the various things that she does.

Bishops, Pastors, and First Ladies have called upon for assistance for their ministerial needs. Although she has had the awesome task and responsibility to serve with some ministry partners, She has been most admired for her for neutral stand in ministry. Hard as a rock but soft as a woman should be, has landed her on the hearts of many.

Valarie D. Coleman has also been called to preach the gospel and has had the awesome opportunity to minister and serve with and for, some of God's very elite. The Church of God in Christ has been her ministerial foundation which she is grateful for the things that were instilled in her. Not just knowing who to call, but true Kingdom Service.

Through the open doors, she has seen another side of the rainbow that has allowed her to really understand just like love, ministry has no color. God's anointing surely flows through other denominations and ministries regardless if she has been raised in them. Diversity brings strength in the Kingdom to a higher dimension and she has tapped into that.

Through transition, in the last 3 years, she has dedicated her time, talent and vision to lay before the Lord and hear what he has been saying. Being shifted, pulled and bruised for the betterment of the Kingdom does not have her sour but has her on guard.

Where do I start doing this Church Profile section of the site? At this point in my life, this section, as well as myself are both under intense construction. Since I have taken the information off of this page, I have been receiving quite a few emails asking why. I didn’t know why the Lord led me to just delete the page instead of leaving the information on this page.

Hmm. Isn’t it amazing how the Lord gives you the answer while you are in mid- sentence or even mid- thought via speaking, writing or even listening. I just received my answer, because why leave something up or around that is in your past?

(Hmm.. good word.) However, before I placed anything on this page I wanted to be very careful of my wording, because anyone who knows me on any level understands that this is one cliche’ that I live by. Wording is very important.

Looking for a home has never been an issue with me, I was an active member of Pentecostal Temple Church of God in Christ for 13 years, where the founder and pastor is Supt. Loran E. Mann Sr. Being anywhere that long will always be considered your foundation as well as your home. However, after being there serving and along with personal things that transpired in my life I transitioned to the Maryland - Washington DC area. Deciding to make my new home under the Bishop Sherman Howard or Bishop David W. Spann, I tell you, mentally and spiritually, my wires were just crossed due to healing that was needed in my life.

However, one Sunday trying to get my thoughts together, there sitting under Bishop David Washington Spann, a light bulb suddenly came on for me. While there I learned and gleaned a great deal under his leadership, the loving missionaries and of course the Sainted Mother, Lucille Spann. Therefore, it was at the 2003 AIM Convention, spiritually I was shifted like a afflatus but much needed wave to the Philadelphia area. It was then, that I knew that I was positioned for purpose and then my ministerial life felt as if it was taken to a different expansion in God. Evolving is a good thing! Relocating from the Maryland area was not difficult, but more so a smooth transition that just prepared me for my next Damascus journey. However, when I was instructed to uproot everything that I was invloved in via ministry, planted, covered, birthed then to be told told to pick up my cross from the Philadelphia area?

Wow, I must totally admit that it was a real struggle for me in more ways than one. The transition was due to time, or as others may consider growing pains, via the season that I was in... Growing Pains? I guess school is always in session because pain shoots thru me every now and then!

However, I have a better strategy to deal with it.. get thru it... get over it... get healed from it......

How do you deal with;

1. knowing your time is up

2. knowing there are things to be yet done

3. knowing what God has shown you but its "still" time to go

4. your job is done but your mission isnt

God has done several operations on me and as you may be aware of by word of mouth or personal experience (s) surgery is painful and sometimes you dont make it out ALIVE! Therefore, after being under the knife, there is always a healing process; some taking longer processes than others. It certainly depends on where the surgeon who is also a specialist has to cut.

I was a proud member and served extensively at B.M. Oakley Memorial Temple C.O.G.I.C., where the Pastor was none other than Maria Gardner . There I was able to obtain healing and release some things that were lying dormant in my spirit. The Lord used this ministry to release some things from my spirit and I will be forever grateful. Being a sponge under Maria Gardner and Evangelist Alice Martin was amazing and like candy to a baby!

I thank her, ( them both ) as other ministerial leaders in this Great Gospel for accepting the call on their lives. For if they had not, then they would not have been in their '"rightful places" to deliver one of God's little precious daughters.... yes I am referring to myself. I am a prime example of needing “us” to be in our rightful places via ministry. You never know who needs what “you” may have. What you are carrying in your belly. What you have in your hands. What you have in your spirit. What you are able to discern. What you are bale to prophetically see.

Please let me clearly define what I mean by the word you. I don’t mean the individual himself or herself having ANYTHING to do with the healing that breaks forth. Lord knows I don’t and I pray that ones who feel that they are the “it factor”, take a second to look in the mirror. Well more than a second, for your sake. Seriously. I am just referring to the God given ability that he has placed in them ( you ) to come forth and be used as an instrument. Yeah, that’s it, that’s what I’m referring to.

Okay, now that I have finally expressed I am happy to say that I am enjoying and embracing my growing painsird right. It took growth to get to this point of course, but as we always say..." But God!!".............

I am so grateful .....

No, I am honored... that I am under Watch Care with a Ministry that is filled with HIM. Right now being in a neutral environment I am able to really maintain my spiritual senses. ..........

It is a non-denominational ministry where I am actually happy. Although, The Church of God in Christ has been my uprooted training, have received 95% of my training and will always be my foundaytion but there is a time and season for everything....

Nonetheless, the man of valour that I sit under is appointed for my life during this precious hour that we all know as END TIMES......................

I am grateful for Bishop O. Carswell and the mandated calling that he walks out daily through, in and for God.

Meaning..........No hype, just the Holy Ghost
