[edit] Candlemas Fair
The Spanish Wikipedia at es:Cultura de Valle de la Pascua says 15,000 attended at 1939-1940 fair, without citation. IP editor 190.77.43.172 changed it to 80,000 without citation; this does not seem reasonable given the population of the area at the time. --Bejnar (talk) 01:08, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Population
The Spanish Wikipedia at es:Valle de la Pascua#Contexto geográfico says that the population is 110,000 without citation or date. MiPunto.com gives 70,000 for the population. IP editor 190.77.43.172 changed it to 205,658 (est. 2008) indicating an 8% annual rate of increase, at least as I interpret the entry "Poputation: (205.658 people 2008) 8% anual". That regresses to about 110,000 in 2000. However 8% annual population increases are very rare, and even rarer over a period of eight years. --Bejnar (talk) 01:08, 31 March 2008 (UTC)
