"Vader's March" refers to the scene in the Revenge of the Sith, when Anakin (recently dubbed Darth Vader) marches with the 501st battalion to begin their assault on the Jedi Temple.
The scene has no dialouge, only the sound of the troopers marching closer and closer to the temple. Ironicly, the noise made by the troopers marching leads one to believe that the troopers feet are hitting the ground at the same time. (Marching perfectly in time with one another.) However, the movie clearly shows that the clones feet are hitting the ground at seperate times.
Anakin (Vader) is leading the troopers, clad in his long dark cloak, hood over his head. The Dark Side shining in his eyes.
Anakin, along with the 501st batallion march into the Jedi Temple to kill the Jedi who remained in the Jedi Temple. The clones were given authorization to do so under Order 66, given by Chancellor Palpatine. Palpatine claimed that the Jedi rebelled and were planning to take over the Republic and therefore Order 66 was authorizd.
