Uzel is a commune in the Côtes-d'Armor department and Bretagne region of France. It is around 100 km west-north-west of Rennes, and around 15 km north-west-north of Loudéac.
It is home to the French study centre of Devonport High School for Boys.

The inhabitants of Uzel are known in French as Uzelais.
As of the census of 1999, the commune had a population of 897.

Fulgence Bienvenüe, chief engineer for the Paris Métro in 1896, was born in Uzel in 1852.
