This is the cover of the album Utopia from Breck Stewart. This picture along with other pictures from the site breckstewart.com was released to public domain by MoonDaze Productions as stated on the homepage of breckstewart.com. They made the statement that all the pictures included on the site can be used to promote and depict Breck Stewart's image as promotonial tool or to illustrate Breck Stewart as a person and performer.

Furthermore, this particular picture has the following traits:

1. The image is used as the primary means of visual identification of the article topic. therefore depicting Breck Stewart as person/performer.

2. The use of the cover will not affect the value of the original work or limit the copyright holder's rights or ability to distribute the original. In particular, copies of the image could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on another CD.

3. It is a low resolution image at 200 pixels by 200 pixels that was reduced to a size that would fit well on wikipedia without being too big.

4. The image is only a small portion of the commercial product which is used on many other web sites free of copyrights in various sizes and resolutions with many of them being listed as external links in the article.
