State Route 58 is a short highway completely within Tooele County in northwestern Utah connecting Business Loop I-80 in West Wendover, Nevada to I-80 just east of Wendover. The entirety of SR-58 is cosigned as Business Loop I-80 and is named Wendover Boulevard. The route is the historical path of U.S. Route 40 through Wendover.

From its western terminus with the same road at the Utah/Nevada border, SR-58 veers to the northeast through Wendover before meeting a set of on-ramps to I-80.

[edit] First route
The first SR-58 was formed in 1945, running from SR-36 to Clover. This was deleted in 1953.[2]
[edit] Second route
The second SR-58 was created in 1965, going from SR-1, now I-15, in New Harmony back to SR-1 in Hamilton Fort via Kanarraville. This designation was abolished in 1969.[2]
[edit] Current route
The current iteration of SR-58 is routed along the historical route of U.S. Route 40 in Wendover. Legislatively, SR-58 was formed 1969, the same year as the previous routing was deleted. In 1969, it gained and maintained the route it has today, from the Nevada border to I-80.[2]
