While I prefer the online handle of lain, this tends to be taken by someone else before I get to any websites that require registration, and as such I put 'user' at the beginning. Both are a reference to the anime series Serial Experiments: Lain, of which I am overly fond.

I am not overly fond of my birth name, hence the emphasis on the online name.

I was born in the town of Taft, California on March 6th, 1985, and my family moved to Olean, New York when I was around nine months old. I attended Boardmanville Elementary School, Olean Middle School and Olean High School.

I am currently attending Jamestown Community College, on the Cattaraugus County campus, and I am rather surprised that it has a Wikipedia entry. I am majoring in Social Science, with a concentration on Psychology and an intent to eventually pursue a career in forensic psychiatry, hopefully with the FBI. I also hope to attend Harvard Med, but then I have lofty goals.

I'd still like to go to Harvard Med, which is still just as lofty a goal as it was when I first wrote that paragraph. Also I've since decided that Harvard is second on my list and I would kind of prefer NYU. Not that I could afford either, but given that this is fantasy-land, it's tough to decide which is number one. Boston is my favorite city, but NYU sounds like something I'd prefer.

Plus you know I'm also thinking of doing psychology instead of psychiatry. It's all very complicated.

With that noted, I graduated from JCC in December of 2006 with an A.S. in Social Sciences, am currently not in school, but am enrolled to attend Fredonia in Fall. Still in Psychology, natch. Still looking for a forensic psych concentration. Starting to consider moving to Canada?

I do not believe in Oxford commas. My userbox says so! Except it uses the phrase serial comma, where clearly I prefer Oxford comma. Really, though, it doesn't matter either way.

I literally just learned how to add userboxes, and that is why my page is cluttered with them. With time I will weed my userbox but for now it will be full of unnecessary content.

Well, I did have a bunch of userboxes but apparently the templates changed or something, and I don't yet use this site often enough to feel like going around and using the 'correct' ones. So no userboxes for now.
