This template, together with {{User label bottom}}, produces a user label rack.
The parameters are:
- theme
- An optional parameter, governing the appearance of the rack. Currently available choices include 'lilacbox' and 'warm'.
- owidth
- An optional parameter, specifying the width of the outer box. Units must be specified (eg., '95%' or '20em').
- iwidth
- An optional parameter, specifying the width of the inner box. Units must be specified (eg., '95%' or '20em').
- infotext
- An optional parameter. If present, the text appears inside the outer box but before the inner box.
- nocat
- Set to 'true' to prevent addition of the User KIS category.
