USA Taekwondo

USA Taekwondo is the national governing body of Taekwondo in the United States of America and as such is the official Member National Association (MNA) of the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF)in the USA. It began in the 1970's as AAU National Taekwondo Association and later evolved into the United States Taekwondo Union (USTU) and recently changed it's name to USA Taekwondo (USAT). It has complete authority over all decisions regarding US national junior and senior team selections for World Taekwondo Federation events, including the Summer Olympic Games Taekwondo competition event.
