This chart falsely implies that there is not a marriage penalty, but there is a substantial marriage penalty for couples with dual incomes. It also violates WP:OR -- Gabriel Duvall (talk) 18:35, 10 May 2008 (UTC)

I still don't see what you are referring to. The image appears to be a graph of the effective tax rate using the income tax brackets for single and Married filing jointly. It does not violate OR as it creates no new synthesis of data. It is the data, just in a graph form, which is completely fine if we describe what is presented. Morphh ^(talk) 12:56, 13 May 2008 (UTC)
