[edit] Purpose
This is just an electoral map that shows DC to the naked eye, and accurately reflects Nebraska's and Maine's electoral vote allocation. The circles represent the congressional districts of the two states, by which they allocate their electoral votes (the rest of the state represents the two statewide electoral votes). When editing this file for various elections, color the circles differently if a candidate doesn't win the state but does win a certain number of electoral votes due to winning a congressional district. -- Fifty7 (talk) 03:14, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
