The graph is not at all misleading. It is highly readable and conveys accurate information to readers. The matter is "volatility: is irrelevant to the topic discussed and was a POV intervention by User:Tempshill who has failed top provide a better graph. Rjensen 23:08, 23 August 2007 (UTC)
note that when studying volatility economists use a semi-log graph, which shows % change but obscures the level of employment, which this graph shows pretty well. Rjensen (talk) 02:35, 1 January 2008 (UTC)
