NCO Financial group is a collection service that has harrased me and my family for the past 6 months. there collectors are using profanity and no one in their office wants to take a complaint to that effect. I was injured and work, this was a workers comp claim, my credit has been tarnished and the profanity is my proiblem. The supervisors user name that deleted info from there system was KTJ. I cannot to this day get her name. Collectors or not, profanity is not necessary and should not be tolerated.
