The Urilift is a pop-up urinal. When it is closed it looks like a normal man hole in a sidewalk. However, at nights when bars are are open it raises out of the sidewalk. When the bars close they return to their man hole position so that it is unseen by people during the day. The Urilift is designed to reduce public urination by drunken men.
