Urbano Lugo

Rafael Urbano Lugo Colina (born August 12, 1962) is a former pitcher for Major League Baseball.
Lugo was signed by the California Angels as an amateur free agent in 1982. During his career, Colina played for the Angels from 1985-1988, the Montreal Expos in 1989 and the Detroit Tigers in 1990. Lugo also played for the minor leagues with the Edmonton Trappers from 1986-1988 and the Indianapolis Indians in 1989.
In his rookie season, Lugo started in ten games and played in ten more, posting a 3-4 record with a 3.69 earned run average. In the seasons that followed, he never appeared in more than thirteen games in a single season. In his career, Lugo pitched 91 strikeouts and achieved a 3.75 ERA in 162 innings.
His father, of the same name, was a successful pitcher in his homeland of Venezuela.
